Card Making 1 - Introduction to Quality Card Making for ordinary people
Are you new to Crafting? You need Training
This beginner’s course is for anyone who is new to crafting; it will help
you to choose appropriate materials and tools for making a variety of
greetings cards. Week by week you will build up your skills and develop your
‘artistic flair’, enhancing your card making experience; all under the
watchful and encouraging eye of our experienced tutors.
You will learn about:
choosing and using appropriate materials and tools
folding, matting and layering techniques
working with punches
stamps and inks
embossing
decoupage
envelope making – adding that all important finishing touch to your creation
On this course you will learn to make a range of decorative ‘hand-made’ Greetings Cards and gifts. Our helpful and understanding staff will take you step by step through each of the techniques on offer; guiding you through the course, explaining and demonstrating what to do.
