Terms and Conditions

Deposits:
A deposit of £20 is required at, the time of booking, for everyone enrolling on a 6 week course, or wishing to attend our workshops. Paypal is available on our website for your convenience. Alternatively, ring Pat on 07521 203222 to arrange an alternative method of payment.
All deposits shall be non-refundable; unless a full 48 hours notice of non-attendance is given by telephone prior to the start date of the course! Our telephone number is 07521 203222.
Special Offers:
A reduction of 10% is given for anyone enrolling on any of our 6 week beginner's courses, who brings along a friend also enrolling on a course (reduction given from final week's tuition fee).
Coupons/Vouchers:
From time to time, special introductory prices and offers will be made to existing and former students in the form of money off coupons or vouchers. These coupons or vouchers are intended for the named person only, and will be nul and void if they are not redeemed by the closing date stipulated on the coupon or voucher.
Raffles and Competitions:
From time to time, McKenzie Crafts will hold raffles and competitions for its participating course members. Anyone lucky enough to win a prize will be notified in writing and invited into the studio to collect their prize. McKenzie Crafts reserve all rights to publicity and may use photographs of prize winners and their prize in future advertising and promotion of the firm. There will be no cash alternative to the prize. If no one claims the prize within the allotted time - specified on the raffle ticket or competition flyer, a re-draw will take place and the prize will be given to the person whose name is withdrawn in the second draw.
Accreditation:
Our courses are not accredited so no certificates will be issued. These courses are intended solely for your enjoyment, to build your skill base so that you can use your new found skills to make cards, gifts and keepsakes for yourself and your loved ones, and hopefully give you the means to save money year on year through not having to buy them.
